In advance of Saturday’s Truth & Reconciliation Day, and in alignment with our commitment to amplify Indigenous voices, we are elated to spotlight our latest sponsorship collaboration with the ‘Spilling Labrador Tea Under Cedar Trees Podcast’.

This partnership not only helps us execute our mission to Centre, Celebrate, and Amplify Indigenous histories, perspectives, and people, but more importantly raises much needed funds for millennial and 60’s scoop survivors.

Together, they’re not just educating about reconciliation, they are living it and encouraging others to follow suit.

In season three, they’ll shed light on the powerful stories of the 60’s scoop and millennial scoop survivors. But they’re not just sharing stories; they aim to raise vital funds for the survivors, a move that resonates with our shared ethos.

About Our Collaboration

Our partnership begins with a community agreement rooted in Indigenous values and practices.

In this collaborative sponsorship, our interactions and actions are guided by Indigenous values. Through our community agreement with Spilling Tea, we are committed to employing Indigenous methods of conflict resolution,  dialogue, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to harmony and understanding.

Collaborating with Kate and Madz allows us to contribute actively to their podcast’s production, administration, marketing, and technical needs, ensuring these important stories reach as many ears as possible. By providing tangible support through our facilities (link to Google page), and much-needed funding, we hope to both raise money for survivors and inspire other settlers to take meaningful action towards reconciliACTION.

In essence, our collaboration is a testament to what we stand for. We believe in the power of stories to bridge divides, open minds, and inspire collective action toward healing. We hope you will join us in supporting this podcast specifically, and reconciliation generally, to create a more inclusive, respectful, and positive future for Indigenous communities.
