REMARKABLE COMMUNICATIONS UNVEILS NEW SERVICE UPGRADES FOR ALL CLIENTS

In our ongoing quest to provide the best possible level of service to our clients, we’re delighted to announce three new service upgrades for our clients.

Over the last year our team has grown significantly to better serve our valued clients. Comprised solely of youth and people from marginalized identities, we are now a team of 10+ staff.

Each team member brings enthusiasm, experience and expertise to our clients and projects.

In addition to a larger team, we’ve also been working hard behind the scenes to increase our own capacity to better serve our clients. As such, effective December 1st, the following service upgrades are available to all clients.

1. DEDICATED INBOX = FASTER RESPONSE TIME

Your new dedicated inbox will be monitored by a minimum of 2 staff members each business day. This new inbox system will provide faster response and service times, as well as reduce delays in response and action caused by meeting schedules, illness or vacation.

While you’ll still have direct access to our founder, her meeting schedule won’t bottleneck your projects unnecessarily.

2. SMS NUMBER = FASTER RESPONSE TIME

We also have a Remarkable Communications company sms / text number. This number is also being monitored by 2+ team members.

The use of our team-monitored sms number means what you need to get out to community and stakeholders can get out even faster.

While you can absolutely continue to text the founder, Laurel, directly in emergencies, for faster response, please use this new number: (250) 999 – 1745

 

3. ON-SITE, REMOTE AND NEW: STUDIO SUPPORT = MORE MEDIA SUPPORT

In addition to providing on-location and remote support, recently, we have acquired office space downtown at Blanshard & Broughton. Our new office space provides our clients and staff with access to an audio recording studio, a podcast recording studio and a photography studio! In addition, these new facilities provide our staff with respite from working from home, connection with colleagues and ongoing media & communications training.

Finally, our studios better enable us to Amplify Your Message, whether we are capturing content on-site, remotely or in our new studio space.

We hope these service upgrades will contribute to an even better 2024 for our clients and team members.
